Double-unders
Sit-ups

If you can't do DU's yet, sub with:
5 tuck jumps then 3 singles per DU(150)
4 tuck jumps then 3 singles per DU(120)
3 tuck jumps etc.
2 tuck jumps etc.
1 tuck jump etc.
