Week #3 Paleo Challenge:

By now I am sure that you have all learned alot about the Paleo style of eating, and how to be creative in cooking different foods.

So, for this weeks challenge I want you to "WOW ME", with a picture of one paleo friendly dessert that you have made to sooth your family's "sweet tooth".

And "NO", this can not be a lara bar, or celery with almond butter. I want you to use your imagination,(and/or a cookbook in my case, lol)and come up with something made from scratch,yes just like Grandma used to do it, but with "ALOT LESS SUGAR!!!"

One Team Member Complies= 10 pts.
Both Team Members Comply= 25 pts.
Sample Brought to any CFB Coach= +10pts.

Also, don't forget to get with your partner to get your Week #2 points recorded by Friday.
