On a heavier note we have to say goodbye to Katelyn with tomorrow being her last day and Jennifer B. will be leaving Saturday, destination Australia.  Please take a minute to wish them farewell when you see them. We'll definitely miss you ladies!!!!!!

If you hit the last two WOD's you have the option of
replacing the Clean&Jerks with Deadlifts 225/155#
