Great job to Chelsea, Pat, and Gabe for hitting PR's in the Bear Complex yesterday!!  If I missed your name you must not have rang the PR bell!
 
Here's a short video of my weekend. My three snatches were 80kg(176#), 85kg(187#), missed 87kg(191#) which I didn't get on video cause I didn't hit "record". My three Clean & Jerks were 105(231#), 110(242#), and 115kg(253#) which was a "no lift" due to my right elbow bending on the recovery.
