Festivus Games training is tomorrow at 10 a.m. with Coach Albert.  If you are still on the fence about signing up, come in and learn the movement standards and go through some of the workouts.

15 Air Squats
AMRAP Deadlifts in remaining time, 185/123#
Rest 1:00 between rounds
Rx+ =C2B, 225/153#
Score is total Deadlifts
