Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early!!
Arm/Leg Swings
250m Run
2 rounds of:
20-50 DU's
10 Push-ups
10 Squats

5 Rounds of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Burpees
400m Run
(Jump AND Clap for the burpees or you can’t make the board)

For time:
10 sets of 10 Unbroken Wallballs
Rest as needed, but if you fail at a set you must repeat it.
(time is more important than the weight, so scale if needed)
