10 Leg Swings 
10 DB Straight-leg Deadlift
10 DB Press
10 Air Squats

3 x 10
perfect form, slow and controlled, touch and go (don’t bounce)

EMOM complete
5 front squats, 135/93# (Rx+ = 155/108#)
+ Burpees (jump onto a plate, full hip ext, no clap)
The workout is completed once 100 Burpees are reached. Scale the # of Burpees as needed
