Remember tomorrow's 5:30 p.m. class will be an open gym to accommodate our 1/2 marathon row and movie! If you didn't sign-up, you can still bring a snack and come watch the movie.

2 rounds of:
10 Wall Squats
15 Ab-mat Sit-ups
15 DB Straight-leg Deadlifts
5 rounds, each on a 3-minute clock, of:
20 Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Good Mornings 45/33#
Max reps body-weight front squat
Rest 3 minutes between each round.
Rx+ = 10 GHD sit-ups and 10 Back ExtensionsPost number of front squats completed each round.
