Pick a relatively heavy weight that you can maintain
proper form and do not drop during the sets of 5.

WOD
Conditioning
1) Tabata Pull ups
    Rest 2:00

2) Tabata Air Squats
    Rest 2:00

3) Tabata Push ups

Scores will be total for each section
