15.1 finished with Heather, Mike T. and myself in the top 200 worldwide for Masters. 15.2 will definitely knock me out since last year I had a miserable 71 reps in this workout and the top 50-54 year-old had 191.  I'm shooting to get into the 3rd round this year which will be a big improvement over last year.
Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-3:00
2 rounds of:
10 overhead squats 95 / 65
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 3:00-6:00
2 rounds of:
12 overhead squats 95 / 65
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
From 6:00-9:00
2 rounds of:
14 overhead squats 95 / 65
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following the same pattern until you fail to
complete both rounds
 Scale to 65 / 45 and pull-ups
