REMINDER:
Here's some heads up about our Saturday morning classes!!!
Currently we are only going to be scheduling a 9:00 a.m. class.  In the future our 10:00 a.m. class is going to be reserved for clinics and olympic weightlifting.   We'll be announcing specialty clinics and weightlifting in the very near future!!
