Arm/Leg Swings
2x10 of:
10 Push-ups
10 Walking Lunges
10 Grasshoppers (L&R=1)

Accumulate 5:00 in the bottom squat position
(relaxed back okay)

For time:
Run 1600m
15 Burpees
Rest 2:00
Run 800m
15 GTO w/plate 45/25#
Rest 1:00
Run 400m
15 HR Push-ups
