If your goal is improved overall fitness, then just SHOW UP! Even if the WOD is something you don’t like or don’t think you’re good at (in fact, that’s exactly when you need to show up the most!). Do the WOD, no matter what it is. Give it your all!  You’ll get the results you’re looking for.
Every day that you skip because you think “I don’t like lifting” or “I hate running” or “I suck at toes-to-bar” or “I don’t ever want to do a handstand,” you’re limiting yourself, your fitness and the results you’ll see from the program. Don’t do it!
