Check out the "I Can Games" by clicking here.  The workouts are posted for Rx, Scaled and Masters individuals.  There will be a "Team" event on Sunday of 2 males/2 females with Rx and Scaled Divisions, however the workouts for the "Team" event won't be posted until mid-May. Also this year they are adding a "Beginner" and "Teen"(13-16) division.
