Was able to catch Coach Korey at his "grid" match this past Saturday in Columbia.  What an awesome event!!  If you haven't watched one of these try to make time.  These athletes complete some amazing movements!!

Rx+ = 155/103# or heavier C2B, 100 DU’s

3 Sets of Unbroken T2B, Toes Thru Rings, Ab-mat Sit-ups, or Hanging Knee Raises
