Next Monday is Labor Day and we're not planning to have a full class schedule.  I'll be posting an abbreviated schedule within the next day or so that will hopefully give everyone a chance to WOD!!!

For those of you that are interested in Yoga, Heidi is going to be putting on a "Free" intro class on Sunday, September 8th at 9:00 a.m.  If you would like more info please contact Heidi, Betsy, or Teddy!!

25 Box Jumps 24/20”

(Scale up by going heavier on the Thrusters and/or higher on the Box)
Cash Out
2 sets of 20-25 Wallball unbroken, rest as needed
