Don't forget the Paleo meeting tonight at 6:30 and make sure you bring your $25 entry fee if you haven't done so already.  We'll also be taking beginning measurements, photos, and weight for those that want to get that knocked out. The 6:30 WOD will still be on, but you can't do both!!

Also the rep from Stronger, Faster, Healthier will be here from 3:30 to 6:30 to talk about their supplements and hit us up with taste tasting.

Arm/Leg Swings
500m Row
3 rounds of:
5 Push-ups
10 Air Squats
50 Jump rope singles
12:00 AMRAP of:
50 Double-Unders
7 Burpees
*Add 7 Burpees every round (Rd. 2-14 Burpees, Rd. 3-21 Burpees, etc).

1) 3x 25 Weighted Sit-ups (okay to anchor feet)
2) 3 x 10 Toes thru Rings
(this not a superset, complete all of 1 then all of 2)
