Thanks to everyone that came in and completed the "Maureen" Memorial WOD.  We'll post the Double Under results Tuesday once we hear from the other boxes.

Sunday was our 5-year Anniversary!! Thanks to everyone that made this possible. Without you there isn't a community!! Please remember to reserve the date for our anniversary party on Sept 19th.

Shoulder Press

Conditioning
"600" (inspired by CrossFit HP)
Walking Lunge (non-stop)
Box Dips
Ab-mat Sit-ups
Complete 600 combined reps of the above exercises. When you stop to rest you must switch to the next exercise. Continue going from exercise to exercise until you have completed 600 total reps.
