DB Curls (light wt.)
Abmat Situps

"Chin-ups" 3-5 reps
 (Use smaller band than usual, kipping chin-ups, strict chin-ups, or weighted chin-ups)
Make this exercise challenging for your individual fitness level.



WOD
20:00 min. AMRAP of:
5 Power Cleans 135#/93#
10 KTE's
400m. Run then;
Rest 2:00 min.
1:00 min. max effort burpees
