Don't delay! Registration is going up so get on board.  Beginning next Saturday (August 1st) after the WOD Albert will be available to work with anyone that is interested in signing up.  You do not have to be signed up (yet) to participate, nor do you have to do the Saturday WOD.   If you are not a member of CrossFit Beaufort, but are registered for the competition (our location), please contact me about participating in these Saturday training sessions.
