What a great weekend at the 2016 Youth Nationals in Austin, Texas!
The kids did awesome with numerous PR's and everyone giving their best effort!
Warm-up area of the Youth Nationals in Austin! 18 warm-up platforms needed to handle the 3 competition platforms (behind the black curtains) that ran simultaneously 12-14 hours a day Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

10 Shoulder Press (empty bar)
15 Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Walking Lunges
MOD (18:00 CAP)
10:00 AMRAP of:
8 Toes 2 Bar
8 DB or KB Thrusters 35/25# or choose your own weight
12 DB or KB Walking Lunge – using same weight used for Thrusters
MobilityStretch, Foam Roll, Band Work
