Remember the Team Maureen Fundraiser is this Saturday in Bluffton!   You can choose between a 5k or a 5k with a WOD

If you haven't signed up already please make sure you do.  Also, remember that the box will be CLOSED for this event.  If Saturday is your day to complete 13.3, please let me know ASAP so we can make other arrangements.

 400m Run
 12 Pull-ups
 7 Deadlifts (185/113#)
For Rx+ use 225/135# & do C2B Pull-ups 

Rest, then practice DU's
