CrossFit Beaufort was very busy this weekend! 
We had athletes at the Twilight Run and Spartan Sprint!!

Arm/Leg Swings
250m Run
2 Rounds of:
10 Kipping Glides
10 DB Press
15 Good Mornings

12:00 EMOM
Even--6 Strict Press (no racks)
ODD—15-25 Ab-mat Sit-ups (Pick a number and stick with it)

15:00 AMRAP
8 Pull-ups
12 HR Push-ups
16 Air Squats
100m Run
Rx+ = C2B Pull-ups, 8 HSPU instead of 12 HR Push-ups
