Make sure you protect your hands this week. We have pull-ups today and Toes 2 Bar tomorrow with a good chance that we may see one of those exercises in 13.4.
Thanks to everyone that contributed to and/or participated in the Team Maureen fundraiser Saturday. It was an awesome day and it speaks volumes for how supportive CrossFit athletes are of each other.
