Here's some heads up about our Saturday morning classes!!!  Currently we are only going to be scheduling a 9:00 a.m. class.  In the future our 10:00 a.m. class is going to be reserved for clinics and olympic weightlifting.   We'll be announcing specialty clinics and weightlifting in the very near future!!

Arm/Leg Swing
Shoulder Dislocates
Good Morning

MOD (10:00 Cap)
KB Push Press (single arm)
Practice left/right arm up to a challenging weight
WOD (compare to 7-3-2012)
Run 400m
20 Pullups
Rest 1:00 between each round.
