Wednesday is Barbell 4 Boobs. CrossFit Beaufort athletes are encouraged to "dress up and make a  $10 donation" to WOD. All friends and family are also invited to participate for a minimum $10 donation. If you don't have any friends ask a stranger.  Saturday is the Regional Development Weightlifting Meet in Savannah.  Its not to late to sign up and compete with us or you can just come out and show your support.
