Thanks to everyone that supported our Barbell 4 Boobs fundraiser!! As a box we raised $1,381.00!  A special thanks to Jennifer for spearheading this event.  A big shout out to Missy who raised over $800!! We also saw a lot PR's on "Grace" so keep up the good work everyone.
Today's workout may take longer than an hour for some of you, so it is okay if you run into the next class time.

1 Rep Max Shoulder Press
1 Rep Max Deadlift
Newer athletes scale to 5 sets of 3 reps across
