Great job everyone at the Beach WOD this past Saturday!!!
I think everyone but 2 buttercups had a great time, so it was a great success bringing the 2 boxes together!!!

Week 4 of the Progessive Paleo Challenge is here which means:
1) your journal is due by Wedenesday
2) remove ALL dairy from your meal plan
3) your meals should now consist of meat and double vegetables (don't forget your Fats and Fruits)
4) prepare one Paleo meal sample dish for our mid-paleo meeting this Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. (15 point bonus)
