Thanks to everyone that was able to attend on Saturday.  
I hope everyone had a great time. 
We had a good turn out for Heidi's introductory yoga class Sunday morning. 12 athletes came in and got their yoga sweat on.  If you are interested in attending Heidi's yoga classes on Sunday's at 9 a.m. or Thursday's at 5:45 a.m. here is what you need to do.  Arrive at least 5 minutes early to complete a waiver, classes are $10 each so please bring cash, bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel, and a water bottle.

Arm/Leg Swings
250m Run
2 Rounds of:
10 DB Press
10 DB Straight-leg Deadlifts
10 Push-ups

MOD (15:00 Cap)
5 sets of:
1 Power Clean + 3 Front Squats
Try to increase weight on each set

WOD
Conditioning
3 RFT
400m Run
10 Deadlifts 205/123#
3 Rope Climbs
Rx+ =550m, 275/183#, No legs on the rope climbs
