Arm/Leg Swings
250m Row
2x10 of:
Shoulder Dislocates
Wallball (light)
Ab-Mat Sit-ups

 In teams of three:
20:00 AMRAP
  6 T2B's or Toes thru Rings
12 Jumping Squats
18 Lateral Hops (Parallettes)
Partner A rows for calories while Partner B holds a "plank" position until partner C completes the triplet. Once the triplet is complete all three partners rotate(A to B, B to C, C to A). The plank must be maintained until the triplet is complete.  If not, the entire team must stop until the plank is resumed.

Scoring is calories rowed plus reps from the triplet.
