2 rounds of:
10 Wallball (light)

15 Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Grasshoppers(L&R =2)
1000m Row, then
4 Rounds of:
20 Wallball Sit-ups
20 Med-ball Cleans
Then finish with a 800m Run
