Free "Trial" workout this morning! Bring a friend and come check us out.  Workout begins at 9:00 a.m. so please arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coaches!!

15 Box Step-ups
20-50 DU’s or SU’s

Teams of 2 complete the following:

1600m Run (Relay style)
200 DU’s
100 Box Jump/Step-ups
100 Wallballs 20/14#
200 DU’s
1600m Run
*Partition the run 200m, 400m or 800m relays
*Scale the reps as needed or use Teams of 3
