Arm/Leg Swings
Run 250m
2x10 of:
Push-ups
Air Squats
Ab-mat Sit-ups

Partner WOD
4x400m Run while completing an AMRAP of the following exercises:
5 Push-ups
10 Air Squats
15 Ab-mat Sit-ups
Rx+ = HSPU's, Alternating Pistol Squats, T2B's
Partners will alternate running 400m. While partner A is running, partner B is completing an AMRAP of the prescribed exercises. When partner A returns he/she picks up where partner B left off and partner B runs a 400m.  The AMRAP continues until both partners have run 4 times.

Scale runs to 250m or only 2 x 400m
