10 Good Mornings (empty barbell)
10 Walking Lunge
10 Ab-mat Sit-ups

Teams of 2 complete 2 RFT:
75 Wall Balls 20/14#
50 KB Swings 70/53#
25 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20"
Scale Reps as needed
Rx+ = 3 RFT
