Arm/Leg Swings
250m Run
 2x10 of:
DB Press
Hanging Knee Raises

Walking Lunges

WOD
Conditioning
4 RFT
15 Hollow Rocks (forward & back =1)
50 Air Squats
400m Run with a medball (you pick the weight)
Rx+ = B. Squat with an empty bar (you pick the weight) instead of Air Squats




Day #10 Make sure you hit today and tomorrow or Monday will be ugly!!
