Arm/ Leg Swings
Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2
Four rounds for total reps of:
1:00 of max Weighted Box Step-ups (pick your load and box height must be parallel or higher)
1:00 of max Pull-ups(do as many Strict as possible before Kipping)
1:00 RestFor the Box Step-ups alternate legs and open hips all the way with both feet on the Box. For Rx+ do Muscle Ups.
