You can watch them on a video on the internet, but seeing them in person is totally different.  If you don't have at least a one day pass to Regionals, what are you waiting for. YOU WILL SEE 3 men and 3 Women who ARE going to the games plus many others. You can see their demeanor, their strategy to the WODs, how they are strong in some WODs, but not in others, etc.

Arm/Leg Swings
250m Run
2 x 10 of:
Wall Squats
DB Thrusters
DB Press

MOD (15:00 CAP)
Work up to a heavy 3-rep set (at least more than you normally do in a WOD)
You can squat clean the first rep

In 15:00 minutes complete the following:
15 Deadlifts, 185/123#
3 Ring Push ups
12 Deadlifts,
6 Ring Push ups
9 Deadlifts
9 Ring Push ups
6 Deadlifts
12 Ring Push ups
3 Deadlifts
15 Ring Push ups
then in the remaining time row for max calorie

deadlift scaling 135/93 or as needed. push-up scaling is regular push-ups or knee push-ups
Rx+ = 225/153# or higher
