This Saturday, Albert is scheduling a Festivus Games training day to do all the WOD's. The plan is a WOD every 30 minutes. More info will be on Facebook.

500m Row
50 DU’s
800m Run
Rx+ = 2 RFT 1000m Row, 100 DU’s and 1600m Run
Scale rounds, distance and jump ropes as needed

PMOD
Handstand Practice
Holds, HSPU’s, Walks, etc.
