Alright!  Here are the details for the 30-Day Paleo Challege!!  This coming Tuesday, August 6th, we'll have a Q & A session at 6:30 p.m immediately after CrossFit Kids.  We'll discuss how the challenge is going to work and answer any questions you may have.   The Buy-in for the challenge is $30 and is due on the 6th.  The following Tuesday, August 13th, we'll do weigh-ins, measurements and "before" photos.  The official "kickoff" will be Friday, August 16th, so hit your vices before than.  We'll have a sign-up sheet at the box so we can get an estimate of how many are going to participate.

Shoulder Dislocates
Good Mornings

MOD (10:00 Cap)
KB/DB Snatch Practice
                             
WOD
Conditioning
15:00 AMRAP
Buy-in with 75 DU’s or 200 Singles
5 DB/KB Snatches (each arm, pick your load)
10 Deadlifts 135/93#
15 Air Squats
Rx+ = 5 Snatches with your Deadlift bar.  

(You cannot use 2 bars so if you can’t snatch 135/93# you don’t Rx+)
