I saw Kelly lifting this weekend on the live feed of the American Open (this is not a pic from the AO) and it reminded me of some videos (below) I took of her when I was at the Junior Nationals last Feburary.

HSPU’s
Pull-ups
400m Run after every round.
Scale the HSPU’s to Push Presses if needed
