You can try, but you can't out exercise a bad diet!  
If you're not where you want to be then take a look at your current diet!!
Arm/Leg Swings
3 rounds of:
25 DU's or 75 singles
8 Ring Dips or 16 Box Dips
4 Handstands Wall or Freestanding (kick up,stabilize, repeat)

MOD
Three Rounds not for time:
Up Right Rows x 8-12 reps (pick a weight)
Rest :90 seconds
Chin-ups x 8-12 reps (strict or negatives)
Rest :90 seconds
