Shoulder Press x 6-8 UB reps (pick a weight)
Rest :90 seconds
Side Plank x :45-:60 seconds each side (left/right=1 round)
Rest :90 seconds

10 SDHP 95/63#
15 Power Snatches 95/63#
25 HR Push-Ups
250 Meter Run
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
