Remember to total up your weekly points on Friday and bring your journal in to be checked off.  Next week's challenge for extra points is each team must cook and take a photo of three (3) non-traditional breakfasts.  Each one must contain a protein, carb, and fat and non-traditional means no eggs, bacon, sausage, paleo panckes, etc.  Examples: chicken breast, fruit, and nuts; steak or fish, vegetables, avacado.  This challenge is all or nothing. Three non-traditional breakfasts = 30 points. Two or less = 0- points.
