Last night we had our Nutrition Challenge info meeting. This challenge kicks off next Friday, January 30th. If you are planning to participate you will need to be signed up by Wednesday evening. Please direct any questions you may have to Melissa or Connie at melissa.crossfitbeaufort@gmail.com

RX+ = 53/35# and Burpees to a plate (full extension)
