10-15 Push-ups
10-15 Good Mornings

MOD (20:00 CAP)
Snatch Practice
2 Snatch High Pulls + 1 Snatch
Experienced athletes can go heavy, resting 2:00 between sets

Conditioning
9:00 Ladder of:
1 Front Squat 95/63# Rx+ = 135/93#
1 HSPU no mat/1 mat
2 Front Squat
2 HSPU
3 etc…….
