2 Rounds of:
10 Wall Squats
10 Push-ups
50-100 Jump Rope singles


MOD
Skill
Handstand Practice (10:00 Cap) 
Holds, Walks, Shoulder Touches, Push-ups, Kipping, etc.


WOD
Conditioning
15:00 AMRAP
Buy-in 800m Run, then;
  5 KTE’s
10 Box Jumps 24/20”
15 Air Squats
(scale to 10 Knee Raises or Ab-mat Sit-ups, 10 Box Jumps or Steps, 10 Air Squats)
Rx+
Buy-in 800m Run, then;
15 KTE’s
15 Box Jumps 24/20”
15 Wallballs, 10' target for everyone
