Make sure you tune into the CrossFit Games website for the Live announcement of 14.3!!  We haven't seen Box Jumps, Burpees, or Wallballs.  I'm predicting Box Jumps. Push Press, and Toes 2 Bar.  Korey is predicting Box Jumps, Front Squats and some other crazy exercise.

Arm/Leg Swings
2 Rounds of:
10-50 DU’s or SU’s
10 Push-ups
10 Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Walking Lunges

Take 3 attempts to row your fastest 250m. Rest as needed between attempts.

5 RFT of:
10 SDHP 75/53#
250m Run
15 DU’s (Scale the DU’s up or down depending on your ability)
20 Air Squats
Rx+ = 7 RFT and 95/63# for SDHP
