Remember there will not be a 10:00 a.m. class this Saturday!!  Immediately after the 9:00 a.m. we'll be making up 13.4!!

7:00 AMRAP of:
3 Clean and Jerk 135/95#
3 Toes-to-bar
6 Clean and Jerk
6 Toes-to-bar
9 Clean and Jerk
9 Toes-to-bar

etc., etc................
This is a timed workout. Continue up the ladder until time expires
 MASTERS MEN/WOMEN - 55+ 115/65#

12 Ab-mat Sit-ups
  6 Clean and Jerk
