Great job everyone on the PR's this week!! Between Monday's Push Press and Wednesday's Back Squat, there were so many  I don't even think I count them.

Arm/Leg Swings
2 rounds of:
250m Run
10 Push-ups
15 Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Walking Lunges
Then: 5 Strict Pull-ups or 5 Negatives

WOD
Conditioning
3 RFT of:
1 Mile Run
30 Burpees
Scale rounds and reps as needed

Extra Work
Plank Holds
