Ring Rows x 8-12 reps (get as horizontal as possible and stay rigid throughout the movement! Try elevating feet on box to scale up)

3:00 to:
Run 400m as quickly as possible
20 KB Swings 53/35#
DU's x Max Reps (yep, more DU's)
Rest 3:00 between rounds.
